I have a float account already, do I need to setup another account to order products?
Our booking site is unable to talk to our virtual store so Yes, may need to create a new account in order to purchase products. There's also specific information we need like delivery details and shipping addresses that you can enter in here that aren't relevant to your normal float appointments.
Are all the products you sell local?
We are a Winnipeg made local business, so just like everyone is being asked to support local (especially now), we also do our best to support local whenever we can. If our products are not local to Winnipeg or MB, we try to source from other Canadian companies before looking abroad. The product descriptions include this information whenever possible.
Do you sell to Winnipeg only?
Nope. The beauty of an online store is we can sell to anyone, anywhere. We have competitive shipping rates with many carriers.
Are the products you carry Vegan and Cruelty Free?
We wouldn't have it any other way. All products that we carry are always and have always been vegan and cruelty free.
